4. Deposits & Payments

M2Win accepts deposits via legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's own name. M2Win does not accept third-party deposits.

Accepted deposit methods at M2Win:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within under 30 seconds.
• M2Win does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed, unless a technical error can be demonstrated.

5. Withdrawal of Winnings

M2Win is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Winnings are transferred directly to the Member's Malaysian bank account or e-wallet, registered in the Member's own name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• VIP Gold and Platinum members enjoy priority withdrawal processing within under 1 hour.
• Your first withdrawal from a new account requires a brief identity verification — please have a valid proof of identity ready.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will result in immediate account suspension and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Account Termination

M2Win reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of the Terms & Syarat, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that violated the terms) may be returned to the Member upon completion of the investigation, at M2Win's discretion.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the M2Win support team via Live Chat or WhatsApp. Any valid cash balance will be refunded once identity verification is complete and there are no outstanding issues on the account.

10. Limitation of Liability
